Orders can be placed on-line via Protx (Secure 128 bit encryption), in person or by telephone. Telephone orders can be paid for by Cheque, Bank transfer, Cash or Credit/Debit Card. Orders placed on products in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day after full payment, allowing 4 working days for cheque clearance. Trade payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer, or cash only. VAT & Delivery VAT @ 17.5% is included in the price shown on the web site. Shipping within the United Kingdom only, Products purchased singly are subject to the carriage/postage costs as shown on product pages. Postage costs are reduced based on the total items in your shopping cart and the way in which we are able to pack them. If paying by credit card over the telephone, deliveries can only be made to the cardholder’s address. Once payment has been made, we will telephone you (usually the next working day) to arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery. On the agreed delivery date, you will need to be available between 8AM and 5PM to take receipt of the product. If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, the courier company levies a £10 redelivery charge.
Goods damaged on receipt Any damage found on receipt of products must be reported to us within 48 Hours. This is because, we in turn, must notify our courier company otherwise we will assume that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
Cancellation of an order Cancellation of an order placed within 28 days will incur a 10% handling and reallocation charge and any deposits taken are non refundable.
Guarantees and Warranties All products are covered by a 12 month “Return-To-Base” warranty (6 months for batteries) - from the date purchased. Any faults found after purchase must be reported back to us within the first 48 Hours. The product must then be returned in it’s original packaging. Issues reported on delivery will be corrected at the cost of Turbo Caddy and the product made available for collection. After the initial 48 Hour period has elapsed the product will be deemed to have been sold in perfect working order. The remainder of the warranty period covers manuafacturing defects only and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the product is returned to our warehouse in good condition. Many issues may be able to be resolved buy the supply of a particular part which Turbo Caddy can ship to you at our expensive for you to fit. ALL OTHER ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. After the initial 12 month warranty has expired we will still assist with any issues found, but all parts and service work will be chargeable.
